Student Registration
To register new student(s), parents/guardians should:

- Complete all forms below. (Registration forms can also be picked up in the elementary school office.)
- Return all completed forms to the office, or email to [email protected]
- Include ALL required documents with your packet (birth certificate, proof of residency, shot records, medical forms, etc.)
